​STEP 1-​​​​Activate ParentVUE

New this year! Hillsborough County Schools has launched a student records tool called ParentVUE which must be activated by all enrolled families. ParentVUE will act as the place to see your student’s report cards, track their attendance, and more. Activation codes must be delivered from the school to the parent, so if you have an enrolled student but you have not received your code to activate ParentVUE, please make sure the school has your correct and updated contact information by texting START to 60680 or stop by the front office. Make sure to get your activation code and activate ParentVUE so you can see Report Cards and more.

STEP 2-FOLLOW YOUR STUDENT’S PROGRESS WITH CANVAS

All students and teachers use Canvas for assignments and communication. After you activate your ParentVUE account, wait 24 hours and then log in to Canvas Parent at this link: https://hcpscanvasproject.azurewebsites.net Log in to Canvas for Parents by using the same username that you use for ParentVUE. You will be prompted to create a new password. Canvas is the best way to directly communicate with your student’s teachers. ​
